First bar not showing on time-series bar chart

Hi,

I am trying to create a bar chart that shows a measured value at specific times during one day.

Unfortunately, the first bar is missing on the graph (probably it is placed right before the start of the x-axis).

Moreover, the centered option and the barWidth option is not working.
