Scroll with Chrome

Hi,

I have observed that, if the scrollLeft and scrollTop are no more property of docuentElement in chrome (version: 33.0.1750.152).

Hence - mouse position is calculated wrong in chrome, when graph is rendered in scrolled window, and the when we scroll down a little bit.

This patch resolves the issue.
