Problems with pie chart and touchscreen

Hi!

I have a problem with pie charts in a touchscreen laptop. The mouse over doesn't work if using the mouse, but works correctly if the touch input is used (I am testing with the example in http://www.humblesoftware.com/flotr2/index#!basic-pie)

Is it a known issue or is it needed to add any extra configuration in order to work?
