X-Axis Label Angle not working!

Hi,

I am unable to make X-Axis label angle to work. I try to set it at 45 or any other angle - it still shows the same by default angle. Can someone suggest why is it so?

Code examples given work find - but when I try to do it in my code  , its not working!

in the options.
