Can any one inform me who is selecting Conference Speakers, I want to get Anahi Ayala Iacucci form Stand By Task Force - Crisis Mapping, or Patrick Meier - Director of Crisis Mapping & Partnerships at Ushahidi ?

Well arianit is managing this, but i would also like to suggest a call
for papers, that is normally the way to get good speakers.
http://www.wikicfp.com/cfp/ should be the place for it,
in terms of review, there were some talks last year that I would have
considered off topic, I hope we will be more on topic this year!
