october sister conference to sfk, freesb12?

hi there,

we are working on planning sfk12 in october 2012,

what about making an sister events in vlore, tirana, prizren, prishtina, sajervo, novipazaar?, that would make sense because we could share speakers and reduce costs.

of course we would have to organize transport between prishtina an bosnia, we would have to organize the flights so that the people fly back from prishtina or sarajevo. hotel costs and food. but all these costs are less than international flights. If we had some bus for transport we could make a tour. 

Ideally we would do vlore, tirana, prizren, prishtina, novipazar, sajarevo bus tour. we would just need hotel costs etc. 

That would require a large amount of marketing and organizing, but I think something like that would be more cost effective than 3-4 individual conferences.  If anyone is interested in this, let me know.

yes talk to your people. We will need to see plans for :

1. how to get the people from the next city, 

2 where they will sleep

3. what they will eat

4. what you are going to do for marketing, and i mean more than a facebook page 2 days before the event.

5. where you can hold an event

6. do you have internet

7. how much of the plane ticket can you pay (the average plane tickets are about 1000 euros), if we can split them across 5 then it is 200 per venue.

if you can answer these questions well we can put you on the plan.
