Yes, free standard shipping is available on orders from the Ubisoft Store to the United States mainland. Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, and AFO/APO are not included in the free standard shipping offer. You can choose from more shipping options at an additional cost at the checkout.

There are 2 plans for Ubisoft+, the PC Access plan and the Multi-Access plan. The PC Access plan costs $14.99 a month but you can only play the games on a PC. The Multi-Access plan costs $17.99 a month and you can play your games on any device you choose.

There are two different return policies at Ubisoft. For digital PC game orders, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase but you will need to have played the game for less than 2 hours to qualify for a refund. Ubisoft does not offer refunds on consumables, digital console keys, downloadable content like expansions, in-game currency, and purchases from their in-game stores. Returning a physical item to Ubisoft can be done within 30 days of delivery, but it needs to be unused and in its original packaging (for games this includes the plastic wrap still being on the game).

Make a Ubisoft Store Account: When you make a Ubisoft Store account and purchase Ubisoft games through the Ubisoft Store, you get access to exclusive perks, including exclusive Ubisoft Store-only sales.

Save with loyalty points: Once you've created an account you also earn Unit Points when you shop that you can collect to get a store discount. Every $1 spent = 1 Unit Point and when you get 100 Unit Points you'll get 20% off games (excluding pre-orders, new releases, and virtual currency) when you next make a purchase.

Student Discount: Games are a great way to unwind after a hard day of studying, with this in mind, Ubisoft offers a 15% student discount on Ubisoft Store purchases. The student discount is in partnership with Student Beans, so to bag your deal you need to verify your student status on the Student Beans website.

I just purchased a sealed copy of The Crew Ultimate Edition to experience this game before the server gets shutdown in March. I redeemed the code in the booklet, then downloaded the game. I loaded up the game, and am met with the error code: #3_589f57fb_98 without ever having played the game before.

Several people have reported that their particular errors have seemingly been fixed. However, I took the error as a sign not to attempt the game.. just in case it potentially leads to other errors or worse, trophy glitches. Simply not worth the risk.

I've checked the few open forums on Reddit and other sites about it and it seems no one knows what to do other than wait for Ubisoft to fix this problem, which I think is due to the regional servers the accounts are associated with more than any other reason...

Everyone! Ubisoft has finally acknowledged the issue on their discord. Go Google their support discord and join, making sure that you select the crew as one of your games when you sign up. Then under tc - reported issues, one of the threads will say

[TC][PS4/5] Cannot Play - Error Code 3_589f57fb_98

Even though we're on Xbox this clearly affects us, and a few people have already started posting Xbox as their platform as well. Get in there! If enough people join that will definitely show this is an Xbox problem too.

Just launched the game and had the same issue, found other several people that have this as well. I genuinely don't think there will be a fix for this error due to support being dropped + game got delisted. Ubisoft just knows how to provide a good service as per usual.

Are you sure your Ubisoft account is not already linked to your PSN account? I was doing some testing on an alt yesterday and got the login screen before getting the login error. Once the accounts were linked, the game would go straight into the error.

This platform contains the aforementioned rich selection of cheap Uplay Games and gaming content that attracts millions of PC gamers, but that is most certainly not the only reason behind the increasing popularity of the Ubisoft Uplay platform. Here are other features of this platform that secure the loyalty of its users:

All the money circulation taking place within the platform is secure and smooth. Your transactions will take only a few minutes, your data will remain confidential and safe, so the last thing you should worry about when buying keys from our Uplay sale is that your data or money might fall into unreliable hands.

Digital games are taking over the gaming industry by the storm as more and more gamers invest in digital game keys rather than physical copies. A digital game key is a game code that is activated in the defined platform and thus is played on that platform, for instance, the Ubisoft activation code works on Uplay no matter where the game was bought. Buying game keys is beneficial, especially in our store, because often sales and discounts provide opportunities for getting games for a very fair price that otherwise could be expensive. The purchased keys reach the email in just a few moments and once you activate your key on the platform, the game is yours! We ensure safe and smooth transactions to assure the best user experience. Explore our variety of digital games and pick out the best Ubisoft activation codes!

While many viewers commented that the Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor video shown above bore a striking stylistic resemblance to Assassin's Creed, a former Ubisoft developer took those accusations one step further. In a series of Twitter posts today, Charles Randall, claimed that Shadow of Mordor was using code he worked on for Assassin's Creed II.

Randall is credited as a team lead in AI fight systems and senior gameplay programmer at Ubisoft Toronto according to his LinkedIn profile. His work on Assassin's Creed II focused primarily on combat.

Writing "Check it out guys! I apparently made a Middle Earth game" and linking to the Shadow of Mordor walkthrough video above, Randall followed up with the comment, "I know I don't have any legal rights to what I did on Assassin's Creed 2 but I sure hope I get a special thanks on that Middle Earth game." In the same thread, he clarified to another Twitter user, "I'm fine with it if people know what it is. But if they think they are going to sneak this under the radar... SO MUCH NOPE."

In another series of tweets, Randall wrote, "Seriously, can someone tell me how Assassin's Creed 2 code and assets are in this Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor game?" and, "Watch the video. That's AC2 stuff in there. Code/anim for sure." When another user claimed the battles bore more in common with Batman: Arkahm series than Assassins' Creed, Randall wrote, "I spent two years staring at AC2. I know it when I see it."
