Hi y'all!
Looking for recommendations for a local, personal trainer to work with a middle aged, fluffy dancer, who wants more lean muscle and a confidence in working with weights, to achieve that.
Would like to keep the funds for 2x/week 30 minute sessions, with accountability for 1 session on my own, within the FTD dance family.
Not into gyms or programs that come and go, but good solid foundations.
Also have a few health challenges that will need to be incorporated into the practice.
