My husband and I would like to start a small property managament
company in NE Fla doing short term beach rentals - I already have the
clients and am anxious to get started. I have been told that as long
as the rentals are short term, then I do not need to have a realtor's
licence - is this correct? And how do I easily and cheaply form an
LLC?
Hope you can help!

Check with the Florida Department of Business and Professional
Regulation for the details on whether you need a realtor license. They
can be reached at 850-487-1395 or myfloridalicense.com/dbpr

As for forming an LLC, the Florida Department of State, Division of
Corporations, has information on filing electronically. Check here for
details.
