somewhere Sven from Hawk Racing(our 2013 clothing supplier) needs room to display his samples and people will need a place to try things on for size-also GaleB will need room to display and sell existing clothing. We will need at least a couple of people to help members complete orders. Also should have set up for Club dues, paperwork and payment to take place. Once model and cost of jersey is decided (night of Jan 18 when Sven arrives with samples??) we could set dues for coming season. I hope 90% of Club member ordering is done by end of the meeting-it will be the ONLY opportunity to try things on for size and to see samples of all the accessories.

this is in addition to a report from each of the Committee chairman and BOD officer reports and the discussion, nomination and election of 2013 BOD.

General discussion of plans for 2013 from new BOD might wrap things up.

If you are considering Hawk as a clothing supplier take a real hard look at the zippers on their jerseys. The only piece of clothing I own from them is the 30th Anniversary Horrible Hundred jersey.  The zipper failed after just a few wearings. The tab at the bottom is way too small and difficult to engage and the zipper pull broke off very quickly. Hopefully they are using a different zipper now.
