Your input and advise will be appreciated.
We have approximate expenses of 600 $ and around 40 adults. So if we collect $15 per person and $30 a couple, we should break even. We should not collect for children. We can ask the attendees to tell us how much they spent on supplies and give them a credit for it.
I was thinking of you and Renuka ji to take care of collection and reimbursements. I will bring preprinted sheets you can use for credit and debit. Will you please accept this honor. We will have also Mr. Ganjoo a banker by profession to give your professional advise and help. He may also arrange a loan from Citi Bank if we run short.
I plan to send out the final information by end of this weekend. Our total headcount is around 48 so far. I will request all to come around 11 AM as it will take till noon to prepare the grill etc.
