=================================== About our Sunday "Uposatha" day: Anyone who is interested in learning about original Buddhist teachings or gaining a deeper understanding of the Dhamma is invited to join us. This day is a great opportunity to meet noble friends (kalyana mitta), learn from each other and devote some time for meditation & study of the Dhamma. Traditionally, in Buddhist countries, such a day is called "Uposatha" day and was observed since the time of the Buddha who recommended a little spiritual "off-time" for his lay disciples. ====================================== A special opportunity for your generous hearts: http://www.firstgiving.com/41678
