Here's a Christmas Poem I Wrote, Hope You Are Blessed By It

Here's a poem I wrote that was inspired by an actual Christmas kerchief that
I received as I go through my cancer treatments during the holidays. I
wanted to share this with you as I wish you all a very Merry Christmas.

The Christmas Kerchief

Once Upon A Time

I Had Hair

To cover My Head

Now I Have

An Uncovered Head

This is Because

Cancer and

Chemo Therapy

Took Away

My Beautiful Hair

I was Then told

To Look in the Christmas Stocking

So I Looked

Deep Inside

I Then Saw

Beneath Other Goodies

A Christmas Kerchief

Which is Adorned

With Many Snowmen, Mittens, Hats

Wearing Green and Red Scarves

Over a Field of Green

Which Will Now

Give Me A

Better Christmas

Because It Covers Up

My Uncovered Head

Since The Cancer

And Chemo Therapy

Took My Hair Away
