The tornado warning for southwestern orange and northwestern osceola
counties will expire at 430 pm est,
The severe storm that prompted the warning had weakened and no longer
appeared capable of producing tornadoes or other severe weather, thus the
warning has been allowed to expire.
However, heavy rain, dangerous lightning strikes, and gusty winds will
continue to be possible.
A tornado watch remains in effect until 800 pm est Friday evening for east

At 304 pm est, national weather service doppler radar indicated a tornado 8
miles south of hillsborough river state, or near brandon, moving northeast
at 40 mph.
The tornado will be near, hillsborough river state. Plant city. Winston.
Precautionary/preparedness actions,
If you are in the path of the tornado go to a small interior room in a
strong and well constructed building. Cars and mobile homes are not safe. If
no shelter is available, lie flat in a ditch or culvert and cover your head
with your hands.

At 403 pm est, national weather service meteorologists detected a severe
thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado near deltona, moving northeast
at 50 mph.
Other locations in the warning include but are not limited to daytona beach
intl speedway, daytona international speedway, wilbur by the sea and ormond
by the sea
This storm is capable of producing a tornado at any time. People in the path
of this storm should act now in order to protect themselves. Do not wait for
the tornado to develop before acting, you may not see or hear its approach.

lowest floor, in an interior room such as a bathroom or closet. Keep away

it moved over macdill air force base as it moved near tampa.
