Gentlemen,
As was said last week we reached our 25% Goal. Well Done. Great job on getting 880 cards this week. Holidays are around the corner. Let's keep the momentum going. Are you and your Squadrons meeting the goals? Do not hold membership cards. Have you sent your Membership Mailers out or have you had a Membership Drive yet? In order for us to accomplish Commander Nigbor's Goal this Year We must be doing all of these things and we must always be putting in membership. We will need the great work that the Squadrons do each year out of the gate and make those target dates each and every one!! District and Area Commanders MUST stay on top of the Zero Squadrons and get them up to speed.If you see a Squadrons Membership not moving for a few weeks FIND OUT WHY!! Falling behind is not an option this year as we have a Commander's Goal of 30,000 Members. I especially want to hear from 3 of you. District 8, District 13 and District 2, District Commander or Vice Commander. If any other officer wants to step up feel free.
Now that I have said this 3 weeks in a row, TELL US!! District Officers send me a short email on how you feel your District is doing and what you are doing about your ZEROS. If I don't hear from you Area Commanders then it's up to you to find out what is going on. I especially want to hear from 3 of you. District 8, District 13 and District 2, District Commander or Vice Commander. If any other officer wants to step up feel free.

This past week I heard from a few more of you. We had productive discussions. Now let's implement what we discussed to Get 'Er Done!!! Please District Commanders Send me what I asked for these LAST WEEKS!!! Area Commanders Please get with this and contact your Districts and let's COMMUNICATE!!!
5 Areas are over 25%, Southern Area Michael Mathias is at 35.95% GREAT JOB!! . Northern Area Denton Woods is in Second with 31.29% and Third is Eastern Area Danny Roe at 29.28%. District 9 Jesse Bogle Commander Still leads Detachment with 47.84%. District 4 Steven McKim Commander in 2nd Place with 35.46% Great Work. District 5 Darien Smith Commander in 3rd with 33.56%. 10 other Districts are above 25% Goal. Stay focused and do what I know the Detachment of Florida Sons of The American Legion can do and Get 'Er Done!
