Gentlemen,

Sorry for the delay in getting numbers out to you lately. I have had some personal issues to contend with on my weekends as of late. I want to thank Detachment Adjutant Rapp and  Detachment Commander Nigbor for making sure you know numbers until I get my reports.We have reached one of our important but not most important Goal of 100%. We have conquered this year's goals like the Superior Detachment that I continue to claim to be. It is now up to you as a whole to finish out this year not at 100% not even 105% but at 30,000 members STRONG!!! Individually by Squadron we still have too many Below the mark and MUST work on these. Area Commanders and District Commanders and Staff, UNDERSTAND THIS WELL, You must step up NOW to get us to 30K. This Report obviously is intended for you, the Choir we always speak of since we seem to STILL have a communication problem that has been at issue to fix. I Communicate to you and hear little to nothing from most of you. Why is that? Is it because you didn't get the message? I think not. Those of you on the Membership Committee MUST give back some commentary about how things are going otherwise do you need to be on the Committee? No you do not!. Time for you to be a part of this Committee or let someone else who will do the job in. We will not complete our successful year unless you all put your full efforts into helping these faltering Squadrons get up to speed. It IS on your shoulders the success or failure of this year's programs. Make your last visitations for the year count! Just do your Job to the Best of your abilities and we will have a Successful year.

We have 2 Districts over 100% now! Great Job! District 9 Commander Jesse Bogle is in 1st Place still at 102.78% and District 8 Mark Kahn has joined him in 2nd Place at 101.71%. 3rd Place is District 12 Andy Campbell at 100.61%.District 1 Bill Trainor and District 14 Wayne Schorr round out our 100%'ers  2 Areas  are above 100% with Southern Area Michael Mathias in 1st with 100.81% and in 2nd is Southwestern Area Robert Medley with 100.05% Great Job both of you. Now get your struggling Squadrons in order!!!!!

ITEMS OF NOTE

• 286 Cards transmitted. Still too weak 500 is  where we need to be every week 
• 195 Squadrons with one new on the books.
• 1 Zero Squadrons –
• 35  Squadrons @ target MORE PLEASE
• 35 @ 100%. We need more. This is our GOAL
• 52 @ 105% Well Done
• 72 Squadrons Short of Target that is almost 37% of Detachment this needs work 

            You are doing a good job of getting this down keep at it
