Gentlemen,

I hope everyone had a good Valentine's Day Weekend.

With all the love and Caring in the air this week it seems to have sparked something wonderful in the Detachment of Florida. We have made our 75% Goal as you know and many are well on their way to 90%. The Areas are all above Goal again. Well done Gentlemen. The hard work you have put in IS paying off. Nationally we are in 11th place with only Ohio being close as a larger Detachment in 13th.  Don't quit working your membership we are getting closer and less membership to pull from every week. I would like to know on a personal note what you are doing Squadron or District in getting your numbers where they are at this time. Feel free to contact me. It is getting exciting now watching how we are growing and where.

9th District Jesse Bogle still holds 1st place at 91.15% A close 2nd is District 12 Andy Campbell at 90.76% and 3rd place, District 8 Mark Kahn at 90.24%. All 6 Areas are above 80% already with no change in the lead. 1st place Michael Mathias is knocking on 90% at 89.74% with a month and a half to go still. Remember we need to keep Membership transmittals up around 500 weekly to make Commander's goal of 30,000.

• 14 @ 100%. Way to Go
• 24 @ 105% Excellent work
• 65 Squadrons Short of Target that is 33.33% (1/3)of Detachment this needs work!!!
  District and Area Commanders get to work on the struggling Squadrons
