Gentlemen,

Welcome new Squadron in District 12, Suntree #420, All American Veterans of Brevard County! Congratulations! 100% Membership reached.

Well done on the Detachment reaching 25% This next Goal of 35% on November 6th is important as those that reach the goal will have a Certificate of Achievement to take home from Conference.  How is your Squadron doing? Are you meeting your Goals this year? Have you had any Events, helped the Post and Community? These are all things in addition to making Membership what we should all be doing as the Sons of The American Legion every year. District and Area Commanders MUST stay on top of all of your  Squadrons and get them up to speed. Area and District Commanders, have you made any visitations? Do you know what your Squadrons are doing? If you see a Squadrons Membership not moving for a few weeks FIND OUT WHY!! Falling behind is not an option this year as we have a Commander's Goal of 30,000 Members.

Now that I have said this several weeks in a row, TELL US!! District Officers send me a short email on how you feel your District is doing and what you are doing about your ZEROS. If I don't hear from you Area Commanders then it's up to you to find out what is going on. 

This past week I heard from a few more of you. We had productive discussions. Now let's implement what we discussed to Get 'Er Done!!! Please District Commanders Send me what I asked for these  LAST WEEKS!!!  Area Commanders Please get with this and contact your Districts and let's COMMUNICATE!!!

5 Areas are over 25%, Southern Area Michael Mathias is at 37.73% GREAT JOB!! . Northern Area Denton Woods is in Second with 314.15% and Third is Eastern Area Danny Roe at 31.72%. District 9 Jesse Bogle Commander Still leads Detachment with 49.49%. District 4 Steven McKim Commander in 2nd Place with 38.51% Great Work. District 5 Darien Smith Commander  in 3rd with 37.38%. 12 other Districts are above 25% Goal.  Stay focused and do what I know the Detachment of Florida Sons of The American Legion  can do and Get 'Er Done!
