Gentlemen,
Sorry for the delay in getting the Reports out to everyone. I have been a little under the weather but feel better now. As you are already aware, you have done a great job making Targets ahead of schedule. 60% should be  made to look easy by many of you. It also shows who is really working the Membership and who is just lagging behind to hopefully come around in the end. In our next report I will be showing those Squadrons working below Squadron strength which is 10 minimum Membership. I was going to start this week but chose to wait till after Christmas.  This again is a job for District and Area Commanders to find out why these Squadrons are under strength this later in the year. Nationally we are a model of success but not when it comes to these underperforming Squadrons. Please make sure you are contacting your members from 2024-2025 as they are delinquent and the New Year approaches. This will be our last report before Christmas. I wish everyone Happy Holidays.
District 9 Jesse Bogle still holds 1st place with 77.37%. District 12 Andy Campbell is 2nd with 70.80% and District 11 VACANT is 3rd with 68.63. Great work!!!! We have 14 of 16 Districts at or above target. No changes in Area top ranking. We have 4 of 6  Areas at or above Goal. Again well done Gentlemen!

Items of Note:

  • 1179 Cards transmitted. keep it up
  • 195 Squadrons with one new on the books.
  • 5 Zero Squadrons – Keep at this
  • 111 Squadrons @ target
  • 8@ 100%.
  • 8 @ 105%
  • 63 Squadrons Short of Target that is 32.31% of Detachment
District and Area Commanders FIX THIS!!! Work on the struggling Squadrons

Merry Christmas,Happy Hanukkah, Happy Holidays to All!!!
God Bless and Stay Safe,

Paul J. Stawicki
Membership Chairman
