Gentlemen,

I want to wish you all Happy Easter and Happy Passover. A great time of the year for prayer and reflection to  oneself. We have marked another Goal and surpassed it well. Congratulations on exceeding our 90% Goal as a Detachment. Individually by Squadron we still have too many Below the mark and MUST work on these. Area Commanders and District Commanders and Staffs, UNDERSTAND THIS WELL, We will not complete our successful year unless you all put your full efforts into helping these faltering Squadrons get up to speed. It IS on your shoulders the success or failure of this year's programs. Make your last visitations for the year count! Just do your Job to the Best of your abilities and we will have a Successful year.

We have 2 Districts over 100% now! Great Job! District 9 Commander Jesse Bogle is in 1st Place still at 101.95% and District 8 Mark Kahn has joined him in 2nd Place at 100%. 3rd Place is District 12 Andy Campbell at 99.97%. All 6 Areas are above 90% with no change in the lead. Who will get to 100% Area 1st???

• 195 Squadrons with one new on the books.

• 56  Squadrons @ target MORE PLEASE
• 33 @ 100%. GREAT WORK
• 42 @ 105% CAN'T ASK FOR MORE
• 63 Squadrons Short of Target that is still 1/3 % of Detachment this needs work 

            You are doing a good job of getting this down keep at it
