Good day Gentlemen,
I sending the membership report out on behalf of Chairman Stawicki.
I will keep things short, and I know that will make most of you happy. We are moving along nicely with membership this year. We have reached or first two targets and are well on our way to reaching our 35% target. The one thing Chairman Paul and I discuss often are short of goal numbers. The short of goal numbers will be the numbers that will help us reach Commanders Nigbor’s goal of 30,000. I would like as I sure Chairman Paul would also apricate the fact that each Vice Commander and District Commander stay focused on these Squadrons as we move through the year. These Squadrons remain the strugglers and will hold the Detachment down.
Another thing Chairman Paul and I discussed is, please look on your District report, the difference between the National 105% total and the Commanders goal of 30,000. If we are to reach the Commanders goal we cannot stumble at any time in our membership campaign. Let’s get this done for Commander Nigbor and the Detachment of Florida.
Interesting Numbers:
- 911 Cards transmitted.
- 195 Squadrons with one new on the books.
- 12 Zero Squadrons – This should concern every Vice Commander and District Commander. Fix this!
- 82 Squadrons @ target.
- 2 @ 100%.
- 4 @ 105%
- Here is the issue from above. 95 Squadrons short of target ---- 48.72% --- this half of the Detachment. Yes this will improve in the 3 weeks before our next target, but it would be nice if our Squadrons were work ahead of the curve.
