Gentlemen,

As you know we are working our way to 30,000. Will we make it? I can pray for a miracle. We have done so well all year to find ourselves behind our Goal in a very big way. Will people say we had a successful year? Yes they will. Did we break some more Records. Yes we did. Did we give everything we had from everyone involved? That is for all of us to look inward to each other and answer ourselves. I am a bit disappointed in our finish. Any blame about what we have done this year is squarely on my shoulders and if asked to be Membership Chairman again, There will be some changes in how I go about my Role. You can see by the reports that we had too many squadrons that were below Goal and were unable to recover. This is why you have to start off strong because it gets much harder after January. Those of you who did well and made goals early. I am so very proud of the hard work shown and I hope you can mentor others in your successes.

I am excited to see you all at Convention.
