Hello All,
The latest edition of The Source, the Detachment of Florida Newsletter for the 2025-2026 service year is now available! This is Volume 33, issue 9. You can find it at https://floridasons.org/the-source/. Please share the link with your membership and other Legion Family members.
THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT EDITION. The end of the newsletter has the Detachment Constitution and Bylaws Amendments we will be voting on at our upcoming Detachment Convention in June. All are encouraged to review these with your squadrons prior to Convention so you'll be well informed on the amendments.
The latest edition of The Legion Link, the Department of Florida Newsletter, is also available. You can find the latest edition by visiting https://www.floridalegion.org/news-events/legion-link/.
The due date for submissions of articles is the 15th of every month.
Any member, not just officers, may submit events or articles for submission in the newsletter. Simply follow this link to send a file or article: https://floridasons.org/the-source-source-article-submission-form/
'The Source' is YOUR newsletter. Please encourage your members, Legion, Auxiliary or Sons, to subscribe. The more people who are 'in the loop' with what is going on within the Departments and Detachment, the better.
