Delegate Strength Report 6/9/26

Attached is the Delegate Strength Report for our upcoming Convention, which is now just a few days away. This report is based on the Delegate Cut-Off Membership Report dated May 28, 2026.
Also attached is the Delegate Registration Form. You are encouraged to complete this form in advance and bring it with you to Convention to help expedite the registration process.
While I always recommend paying your full delegate strength to help offset the cost of Convention, squadrons are only required to pay for delegates and alternates who are present and voting. The registration fee is $5.00 per delegate or alternate.
Important: There are currently at least two contested elections scheduled for Convention. If your squadron wishes to maximize its voting strength in those elections, you should consider paying your full delegate strength to ensure all available votes can be cast.
When paying by check, please make checks payable to The American Legion Department of Florida. Doing so helps expedite the accounting process and the allocation of Convention expenses.
Please remember that Delegate Registration Forms and payments are not mailed to Detachment Headquarters or myself. They must be brought to Convention and submitted at the Delegate Registration Table.

Friday, June 12
• 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, June 13
• 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
