Gentlemen,

I just sent in the reports last week with no commentary. This week ABSOLUTELY needs commentary.

Yes we made our 80% and yes we are doing very well Nationally in 6th place. Both things you should be very proud of. It also looks like some of our sleeping giants (largest Districts) are coming around and sending bulk membership again. However the majority of us did nothing this week as it shows with our meager 293 cards processed. This will be our downfall if we do this too often, We need 500 transmittals weekly or we will not make 30,000 which gets us all the rest of our goals. Please be more diligent, find those members and make Commander Nigbor and yourselves proud.

We have a strong top 3 Districts this week. Well done All. 1st place is District 8 Mark Kahn at 97.15%. 2nd Place District 12 Andy Campbell at 96.94% and 3rd is District 11at 95.17%. 9 of 15 Districts are already 90+ Membership We have all but 1 Area that already reached 90% with South Western Southern Area Michael Mathias in 2nd and Eastern Area Danny Roe in 3rd.

We must continue to go after the membership. We see that the ones falling behind continue to do so???? This will truly be a fight till the end and WE WILL PREVAIL

• 23 @ 100%. GREAT WORK
• 31 @ 105% CAN'T ASK FOR MORE
• 86 Squadrons Short of Target that is 44.33% of Detachment this needs work
