Gentlemen,
Sorry for the delay in getting the Reports out to everyone. As you are already aware, you have done a great job making Targets ahead of schedule. 60% was again easily attained by most of you. It also shows who is really working the Membership and who is just lagging behind to hopefully come around in the end. This again is a job for District and Area Commanders to find out why these Squadrons are under strength this later in the year. Nationally we are a model of success but not when it comes to these underperforming Squadrons. Please make sure you are contacting your members from 2024-2025 as they are delinquent. Nationally we are in the TOP 10!!! Currently we sit in 9th place at 74.62% and a Renewal Rate of 65.52%. This Renewal Rate will not get us to our goal. We need to bring this up at least 20 points or better. We can get there. Do your Buddy Checks and Membership Drives. I have attached a letter from Scott Williams Southeastern Region Membership Chairman 2025-26. Please take the time to read this.
District 9 Jesse Bogle still holds 1st place with 83.74%. District 12 Andy Campbell is a close 2nd with 80.07% and District 4 Steven McKim is 3rd with 78.39%. Great work!!!! We have 15 of 16 Districts at or above target. No changes in Area top ranking but the numbers are tightening. How will we finish???  We have all 6 Areas at or above Goal. Again well done Gentlemen!

Items of Note:

  • 2768 Cards transmitted. This was over several weeks. Keep up the pace
  • 195 Squadrons with one new on the books.
  • 4 Zero Squadrons – Keep at this
  • 136 Squadrons @ target
  • 9 @ 100%.
  • 10 @ 105%
  • 36 Squadrons Short of Target that is 18.46% of Detachment Good work!!!
District and Area Commanders get to work on the struggling Squadrons

God Bless and Stay Safe,

Paul J. Stawicki
Membership Chairman
