Gentlemen,
We are in the most important time in Our year. As you are already aware, you have done a great job making Targets ahead of schedule. 75% is there for most of you . It also shows who is really working the Membership and who is just lagging behind to hopefully come around in the end. This again is a job for District and Area Commanders to find out why these Squadrons are under strength this later in the year. This is the time when we become busy with many other things that our Squadrons excel at, raising money and putting on amazing events.  Nationally we are a model of success.  We can all be a model of success in each of our Squadrons if we just do what we do. Never feel you have to do it alone.
Please make sure you are contacting your members from 2024-2025 as they are delinquent. Nationally we are in 11th!!! Currently we sit in 9th place at 78.22% and a Renewal Rate of 68.60%. This Renewal Rate will not get us to our goal. We need to bring this up at least 20 points or better. We can get there. Do your Buddy Checks and Membership Drives.
District 9 Jesse Bogle still holds 1st place with 85.91%. District 14 Wayne Schorr is a close 2nd with 85.64% and District 8 Mark Kahn is 3rd with 85.03%. Great work!!!! Things are really starting to tighten up. We have 14 of 16 Districts at or above target. Area top ranking is changing and numbers are tightening. How will we finish???  Southwestern Area Robert Medley has taken over 1st Place with 84.08%. Southern Area  Michael Mathias  is 2nd with 83.51% and Danny Roe holds on to 3rd place with 83.19%.  We have 5 of 6 Areas at or above Goal. Again well done Gentlemen!
we need to consistently hit 500-550 membership transmittals weekly from now on to reach our Goals

Items of Note:

  • 722 cards submitted Keep up the pace
  • 195 Squadrons with one new on the books.
  • 4 Zero Squadrons – Keep at this
  • 99 Squadrons @ target
  • 11 @ 100%
  • 15 @ 105%
  • 66 Squadrons Short of Target that is 33.85% of Detachment this needs work!!!
District and Area Commanders get to work on the struggling Squadrons

God Bless and Stay Safe,

Paul J. Stawicki
Membership Chairman
