Gentlemen,
As we crawl our way to our 105% Goal, it shows that most of you have chosen to let this year go without trying to even add Membership where it is grossly needed. The only ones for the most part still handing in Membership don't even need to. I do appreciate those of you who haven't reached your 105% that continue to add Members but we really must focus on the struggling Squadrons. We all have them in every District/Area. Do your best and work with them. At the very least, find out why they struggled and let Membership know.  Let's push through the rest of the time we have for getting 2025-2026 Membership in. We don't have 2027 cards to give out to anyone yet anyway.
