Gentlemen,

April is behind us, May, our final push to the end of our year is upon us CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE!!!! Your hard work got us to make our 100% Goal with a week to spare.  You are part of the greatest Veterans organization, The American Legion Family can get anything done as long as we work together. So work with your family members to find the Membership we need for our 30,000 Ultimate Goal. If you have not Recruited anyone yet this year. Here is your chance. If you have, is there 1 more in you? Our success this year is counting on you. Our Voice in Congress is counting on you. Did those new Friends and Legion Family Members your Recruited last year stay and get engaged enough to Retain again this year? Did you do your part to help keep them? Those members we didn't engage with or didn't stay around to find out all the great things we do as The American Legion Family did they Renew again for next year?  If not, Do you know why? If not, WHY NOT? . Get off the barstool and go meet your fellow Members for Heaven's sake!!! If you are an officer in the Squadron or wear a white or gold cap insert, You had better be out there introducing yourself and making people feel welcome! If not you don't need to have that title you hold so dearly.

Congratulations to District 9 for a Powerhouse Year!!!! Jesse Bogle you Commanded with Honor and the hard work you put in on keeping up with you Squadrons' successes and setbacks is exemplary. I also want to congratulate your staff as well for their help. I am sad to see you stepping down but I understand you need to spread your wings after Retirement from being a First Responder. You leave the District in capable hands. Congratulations on being the 1st District to 105.14%. We have 9 Districts over 100%. Well Done Gentlemen!!. 8 Districts need to step it up and show their true capabilities.4 Areas have reached 100%+ no change in order in the top 3. Well Done!

ITEMS OF NOTE

• 200 Cards transmitted. Can we squeeze more each week to the finish? 
• 195 Squadrons with 2 new on the books.
• 40 @ 100%. We need more. 
• 61 @ 105% Well Done. We need more
• 94 Squadrons Short of Target that is almost HALF of Detachment this needs work HALF OF DETACHMENT IS BELOW GOAL. THIS CAN NOT CONTINUE

30,000 is our Goal to meet let's Get'Er Done!!
