Source articles due TODAY!!!

Just a  reminder that submission of articles to be published in 'the August edition of The Source', the Detachment of Florida Newsletter, are currently due by the 15th of every month. Each edition will publish on the 1st of each month.

There will be no edition of 'The Source' published in July, so there will be no articles due in June. 

You can submit your articles in one of the following ways:

This will be the first edition of 'The Source' for the 2025-2026 Service Year. We've had some new people take office as well as take the Chairmanship of a Committee or Commission. Take a few minutes to introduce yourselves and layout your goals.

All Area and District Commanders should be submitting an article each month. 

Squadron Commanders - You can submit an article too!

This is YOUR Newsletter. We'd like to see more information about what's happening in your areas, districts and squadrons than we would advertisement for events. Highlights of something that your squadrons or a squadron member has done is also encouraged. Highlights will be featured in 'The Source Spotlight'.

We also welcome articles from the rest of our American Legion Family!
