The FFW Annual 4th of July Picnic Ride is at
Trimble Park.. The ride is not till 0815... I was thinking about leaving from
the Fields of Fame Park in North Apopka off of Ponkan Road about 0730 if anyone
is interested... ...The advertised distance of the A ride is 44 miles...with the
additional mileage it should make it about 64 miles.......Call me if you are

DIRECTIONS...Take 441 TO APOPKA....TAKE
South. Park Ave Road north ....this turns into North Park Avenue Road.which then
turns into Kelly Park Road...take this to Ponkan Road (Traffic Light)..Turn left
or west... to . Jason Dwelley Parkway....turn right.... Fields of Fame Parking
area will be on the left or west side of the road just past the
school....

Jim,
This is a great idea. We should use Fields of Fame more often as a
ride start. It is safer and has more parking. I can't join on the
long ride this week since I committed to riding the short ride with
some folks. But we should do this ride to Yalaha again some time.
