International rule change

Hi guys:

I have uploaded the new rig rule change for Footys 2009.
If you want to see the rules change to unlimited rigs email Bill and
vote yes.
If you want to see the rules stay as they are with 2 rigs and one
being under 12" email Bill and vote no.

Every one interested is Footy's should vote and express your opinion.

The proposed rule change can be found at the bottom of the message
board.
