Did you see our article in the Florida Nurse?
What you can do:

NACNS is calling for stories of innovative projects and initiatives formulated and/or implemented by the CNS.

Please send us a few paragraphs to explain your CNS role. It is not necessary to use the following questions, but they might provide a nice guideline for your submission.

What problem were you trying to solve/address?
What solution/innovation did you implement?
Who did you engage in this solution/innovation?
What spheres of influence did your solution/innovation address (patient/family; nurse; systems)?
What outcomes have you seen?
If you can, please estimate or cost out any savings that you have seen.

Make sure that you do not use personal identifiable information related to patients in your story.

We will continue to publish these in the Florida Nurse and send them to NACNS to build a portfolio of stories that can be used in the media and in other communications efforts to help demonstrate the amazing work you do.

NACNS will contact you prior to use of your story.

Post your stories here and/or directly to: in...@nacns.org Please put "innovative story" in the subject line.
