Activation of 4 accounts from a trial

I have tried 2 credit cards via paymil and both payment processing updates come back as The activation of your subscription failed. Please try again - you may try a different credit card.  This is for 4 client accounts at the tualatinchamber.com domain.  I called my credit card company and the payments have gone through to the bank as approved.  How can we resolve this before my trial ends on 2/1/14?
