We are a small team of education advisers.
We visit schools and advise head teachers and other on various aspects of good practice.
We are using Google docs and Ultradox as our first real attempt to work more efficiently using the facilities of Cloud/Web.
We have successfully created our Google Form, Google Sheet, Ultradox Email Template (using Google Docs) and an Ultradox PDF Report Template (using Google Docs). The Ultradox seems to be managing the workflow efficiently and testing suggests that the system is effective and working. However, my advisers are concerned that they are unable to review their report and reflect on its content before it is automatically email to the head teacher of the school they have visited and his/her colleagues.
Through Ultradox, is it possible that there can be steps/phases in the sequencing, thereby allowing the advisers the time and opportunity to review and validate their report? If they do modify their reports, it is important that the record contained in the Sheet is updated and only the final version is emailed to the schools.
Reviewing it in google forms is not effective and, unless they submit the form, they risk losing their data.
One of the online examples may assist but I’m now sure which of them might be relevant.
