Users unable to accept Shared Groups

Hello,

We use Shared Groups to manage our contacts.  Recently I attempted to create 2 new contact group shares.  My account was able to receive the new shares, but for anyone else when clicking on the notification email and entering into our Premium Shared Groups applciation, they are unable to accept or even see that a share was offered.

What could be causing this? Does it have to do with the recent migration perhaps?

This is critical, and we need to resolve this ASAP!
