Shared Groups does not synchronise some of the contacts (these with the danger sign. see attachment)

How can I enable the account?

Do you have a valid license for all of the disabled accounts?

Hi,

to migrate from the public edition to enterprise edition.

A) First get rid of your old shared groups in the public edition:

- login to the public edition at http://www.sharedgroups.com

- MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE NOT GETTING REDIRECTED TO YOUR ENTERPRISE EDITION!

- remove all your shared groups and click on "Keep groups" when prompted. This will just unshare the groups but will not touch any groups/contacts in GMail.

B) Now you can recreate the groups in your enterprise edition:

-  Login to your enterprise edition at http://<yourappid>.appspot.com

- Select the shared groups with the same name

- Add the subscribers to the newly shared groups
