New Google Apps User Issue

Hi

I created a new Google Apps User and added the account to a Shared Group.

1. The link in the "Welcome" Message is false
   
2. When i try to open the correct url directly (https://xx.appspot.com) following Message appears (opened by the new account):

Die Website "http://xx.appspot.com" ist nicht registriert.

What can I do? Can you advise?
