How can I pay from another account?

Hi,

I've created a Google App for Shared Groups in the App Engine as admin of the company. To pay for your service, another person from the company should enter the company billing informations, but the activate button for the existing subscription is only visible for me. He/she can only buy a new application. We would like to pay for the Medium Enterprises version for our Google Apps for Business/Work.

How can we manage this problem?
