Adding automatic sorting

I have a Google Form and a Google Spreadsheet where the answers on the form go.

I just want certain columns to be automatically sorted in a certain order every time a line is added to the sheet.

Is there a possibility to detect a change in the number of lines and first auto sort (for example) column F (A => Z), then column E (A => Z) and then column C (Z => A)?
