Unable to subscribe to all shared groups. No way to scroll.

Hi:  I'm trying to use Shared Groups.  I've got several hundred.  When I invite a user, they click on the "Subscriptions" tab, but they only get 1 page worth (41 of them).  I can sort by name, to get the bottom 41, but have no way for them to subscribe to anything > 41 or < 41.  The vertical scrollbar is simply missing.

I've reproduced this in Chrome and Firefox.
