ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

We are getting the following message when trying to use bookmark for accessing our Shared Groups page. I've tried using Safari, Firefox, & Chrome and using several different accounts.

The page never loads and I get a message along the lines of the one, below, in Chrome. I've tried clearing all data from browser and relaunching Chrome. No luck.

BTW, I've tried Incognito mode and it fails with the same error message.
