Manager and Assistant setup issues

Due to Google's Contact Delegation is useless, I come to SharedGroups after repeated trial and errors.

The setup is like this:

From Manager's mailbox

* My Contacts

- Personal Contacts

- Business Contacts

Objective:

- Allow Assistant to Create/Delete/Modify Business Contacts

- Sync Business Contacts to iPhone/iPad/Android Phone

- If possible, hide Personal Contacts from Assistant

Issues so Far:

1.  If share Business Contacts Group to Assistant, Contacts created by Assistant is not member or Mgr's "My Contacts".  So will not sync to Mobile.

2.  Share Mgr's "My Contacts" to Assistant.  Contacts of both user merged together under each users' "My Contacts".  A mess.  So not OK.

Are there any better way to archive my Objectives with SharedGroups?  Are there any auto script that can add "Business Contacts" to "My Contacts" automatically?

Due to time pressure, will convert to Contact sharing via iCloud as they are all using Apple devices at the moment.

Will revisit if there are further information available.
