EMAIL SENDING TO MY SELF INSTEAD OF SPECIFIED RECIPIENT

I just used up 800 credits to try and send an email to a recipient, with pdf attached. It keeps sending to my own email, instead of the specified recipient.
For the recipient i tried the variable, and plain text too. No luck
What is going on?
