Neighbors,

Two houses on 35th Street between Delaware and Florence have had suspicious activity during the last week.

One neighbor had someone try to steal their TV off of the back patio between July 1 and 4th.  The TV was not taken but it totally bungled the bracket.

Another neighbor had someone walk in their sliding glass door last night and steal money off of the counter. 

The person was scared off by someone that was still awake.  There was some damage to the gate to the backyard.

Please be aware of locking the back of you house as well as the front.

From Maple Ridge:

 

FYI:  A Maple Ridge neighbor was robbed this past Monday.  An African American man in his early 20s, small black backpack, blue shorts (Thunder), dark t-shirt, 5.6ish weighing around 150, well groomed, riding a more expensive Huffy bike.  Stole an expensive Trek bike out of the neighbor's garage and was caught coming back to get another.  The neighbor also had a magazine salesman around a couple of days before.
