Please be aware of this vehicle. It may or may not be something but it

appears to be moving from street to street and parked outside of houses. The

windows are dark and it makes it difficult to see if someone is inside.

Just wanted to email you about a couple of odd things that have happened

today. This morning about 4:45 am when I was leaving I noticed a maroon FJ

cruiser parked on the side of the street not directly in front of anyone's

house. I've never seen it until this morning and it had a Texas tag. I had

to turn around and come back to the house and when I did the headlights to

the car were on. As I was passing they turned off and I noticed no one in

the car or around the car. So I don't know if someone was in it or ducked

down. But just seemed odd. Another thing is this car in the picture was

parked up Louisville around 37th around noon. And then this afternoon it's

parked out by 40th and Louisville. May be people selling stuff in the

neighborhood. But just wanted to let you know due to all the stuff in the

neighborhood going on.

Another neighbor saw the car today around 34th and New Haven. Probably

around 3:30.
