How ironical that the criticism comes from the UN whose
"one country, one vote" voting system cannot hide the fact that
all countries except 5 (*) continue to be marginalized in actual
decisionmaking, and whose chairman was installed by the U$ against
the wishes of most member countries.

Well, that's better than the UN where only 5 members have veto power.
