[MAI-NOT] U.N. Agency Assails 'Democratic Deficit' At WTO in Report Stressing Political Freedom

How ironical that the criticism comes from the UN whose
"one country, one vote" voting system cannot hide the fact that
all countries except 5 (*) continue to be marginalized in actual
decisionmaking, and whose chairman was installed by the U$ against
the wishes of most member countries.

> "In principle, the WTO's
> consensus procedure gives every member the power of veto," UNDP
> declared.

Well, that's better than the UN where only 5 members have veto power.
