First we need to know how people get the address he...@flora.org? Is
somebody publishing this somewhere? Does d...@flora.org not appear
promiently enough and people are just guessing he...@flora.org instead?
I would guess that all people who post here would have to be contacted
and asked these types of questions. Once we know the answers, we could
determine the next step.

If I wanted help with a medical problem and was not very familiar with the
Internet and Mail I might choose anything that had "Help" in it.
Perhaps flora.help could be renamed to distinguish it better for what it's
true function is.
flora.internethelp ?

Perhaps everywhere that a link is made to the flora help group, an
explicit link to the doc address could be made also. Tedious and time
consuming but maybe necessary. Something along the lines of "For
medical questions send mail to d...@flora.org. With the doc address
being an active link.
Otherwise one of us needs to volunteer to contact each person who
sends a medical question to the help address, and find out how they
got the address. Maybe someone, somewhere has the wrong group linked.

How about renaming both to:
flora.med-help
& flora.net-help ?

As far as I remember, the only place is on the FLORA helpdesk @
http://www.flora.org/help/
On this page is a notice (Listed BEFORE the email address is listed):

Note: This is a public forum where both your question and any answers
will be posted. Please do not post
personal information here. Specifically, we have noticed a few questions
that should have been sent to the
Ask-A-Doctor group.

The best suggestion I have seen so far might be to rename the
flora.help group to flora.admin.help (To put it with the other
'administrative' groups on FLORA).
The list name would then become admin...@flora.org.
he...@flora.org could be redirected to in...@flora.org (I will then
update the message there - it's extremely outdated).

Anyone volunteer to do that? I've sent a message suggesting that they
might be looking for d...@flora.org, but didn't ask where they got the
Email address from.

This sounds like a great idea.
Waiting for the newgroup/rmgroup messages,
