Rack and Roll

Although OC Transpo has announced Rack and Roll will start on April 16,
should we expect to see many of them installed before then given the
excellent weather?

Ross asks if we'll see racks early. I doubt it. My understanding is that once the racks
are on, some buses have to park outside - the garage fills up fast with an extra foot or
so per bus. Plus the time for the mechanics to install the racks on each bus. But, it's
one more sign of spring to look for - when will the first rack be sighted?

Remeber that when you do see a rack, you can use it.
