Are there any known health hazards related to Slimfast? If not,
do you
see any harm in drinking one shake a day?

As far as I know, Slimfast is composed of ordinary nutrients (skim
milk, water, and a whopping 34 grams of sugar) and vitamins and
contains no drugs, so I can't imagine that drinking one shake a
day would
have any evil result unless you are lactose intolerant.
